Learning Agility of School Administrators: An Empirical Investigation Abstract In this study, it was aimed to determine whether school administrators' learning agility levels differ according to their gender, seniority, school levels served, educational status, ages and administrative duties (principal and vice-principal). The research was carried out according to the survey model frequently used in quantitative research methods. A total of 428 volunteer administrators composed of 160 school principals and 268 vice-principals participated in the study. The data were collected with the “Marmara Learning Agility Scale” developed by Yazıcı and Özgenel (2020). The collected data were analyzed using t-test and ANOVA tests in the SPSS statistics program.
